Night Hunters
The full moon shining,
Pale and bright,
The friendly glow our only light,
Maws turned up in moonlit song,
Never has something so wonderful felt so wrong,
Our paws turning up dust as the trees blur,
The winds' howl sounding only as a whirr,
Weaving between trees in our midnight dance,
Together, forever, fleeing with the wind,
To stay together, to start out own pack,
Our teeth flashing and tails twining,
Forever now, forever free,
Just you and me,
As the two Night Hunters....
Silver Knife
Cherry blossoms fall,
Around a lonely girl,
Her eyes pleading as she did call,
Begging silver wings to unfurl,
As tears spilled down her face.
A bird chirps from it's nest,
Signalling the arrival of spring,
The girls' eyes like diamond chests,
Concealing broken plasting rings,
Can you see through her illusion?
The peace of spring breaks,
Under her gentle wieght,
Her pain he takes,
As he fuels her hate,
Only to break her heart.
A single rose grows,
By the object that took her life,
For in her hand in blood that flowed,
Lies the simple silver knife....
Midnight Kiss
A wonderful kiss,
So sweet,
So pure,
So loving,
Rain falling around us,
Beating against the ground,
Pounding with the rhythm of our frantic hearts,
The wind howling,
Beside us,
Around us,
Urging us on,
The full moon shining,
With glory,
Happiness,
Love,
Grace,
Bright stars blazing,
Above us.
Cheering for us as our lips meet,
Our feet sweeping accross the wet grass,
Our dance in the rain,
Under the sky,
In the wind,
During the storm,
At the perfect time,
During our Midnight Kiss.....
Lover's Storm
Sapphire waves crash against a forlorn beach,
Seagulls' cries pierce the sad silence,
Tears fall onto the sand,
Mixing with the pounding rain,
A dark figure behind,
Pressing against you,
His lips press against yours,
Gentle yet fierce,
Strong and soft,
His finger just under your chin,
Deepening the kiss,
Lightning lights up the sky,
Thunder booms,
Everything's hushed for a moment,
As time stands still,
Love blossoming like a flower,
Hope and happiness following his swift return,
His arms wrap around you,
Holding you close,
Never letting you go,
Both of you standing together,
Facing the sea,
Awaiting the end of this Lovers' Storm....
