Illusion smirked at Oath, knowing the larger cat saw the truth. Suddenly her form changed and twisted, this time echoeing that of a wolf. A type of canine Illusion had only heard of in legends but the same creature Ghost had told her of repeatedly. The musical howl was enough to send shivers down many cat's spines. Then a growl rumbled in Illusion's throat, a warning. Come on Storm.... Where are you? I could really use your help to off this illusion right now! She thought frantically. Then she used more of her 'magic' to change her eyes to red. Her black fur stood on end and blood dripped from her fur, turning it a sick marroon. Her black wolf claws shone with blood and her sparkling white teeth looked crimson with the liquid. But this, too, was an illusion, the small warrior standing there in the pose of a wolf. Such a change might give her away to the others but it would be worth it if she was capable of trucking Oath long enough to hold her attention. This wolf was, ironically, modeled after both the legends she'd heard from the old mountain tom and the descriptions of the dog Swift had encountered. Truely, it looked terrifying.....
Greyice suddenly felt fear rush through him at the sight of the wolf. Vaguely he wondered if it had eaten Illusion. Then it stepped foreward and he realized it had left not the pawprint of a large dog, or wolf, but the pawprint of a young warrior. Still, it hadn't yet clicked fully in hgis mind though he certainly was distracted by Illusion's trick. (Or Sleetfoot as the cats of RiverClan know her.)

Lex didn't respond to Greyice's taunt, he wasn't one for trading insults when there was fighting to do. As his opponent's attention was distracted by Illusion, he lunged forwards, extending his unshethed claws to knock him off his feet.
Lyn jumped at Chase once again, knocking him down and pinning him. The quick tom squirmed away just as Lyn's fangs dug into the earth inches from his throat. She spit the dirt at him and lunged again.
Poison wanted to ignore Oath, but instead found himself saying, "Why try and challenge a cat someone else is already fighting?" He shook his head, reallizing that that was a really thoughtful answer. He was becoming too much like Ice. He hissed at this thought and began to climb up the tree.
Bluekit bristled as Rookpaw talked about her brother so highly and turned angrily from the battle. "I was just as brave as he was!" She hissed. "The only reason he came for us is because he didn't get caught, and that was because he was hiding in Lonestar's den! I would have done the same thing!" Stonekit's smile abruptly turned to a hurt look. "I-It's not my fault. Momma told me to..." Bluekit stepped right up to him and hissed in his face. Then she turned around and sat with her back to him. "Uh, we don't mind flying." Snowkit said, trying to draw attention away from her fighting siblings. She took a few more steps towards Rookpaw, slowly because her paws were sticking to the branch. "Let's hurry."

Rookpaw paused suddenly. "Shush." He muttered, pricking his ears and opening his mouth. "Yes lets hurry indeed. Someone that we dont want to visit us is climbing your tree." He said moving down a couple branches. "Of course you were Bluekit." He said encouraginly as he slipped past her staring downwards for a moment before turning around. "Up a few more branches, and sharplike. We cant take off from here." He said prodding them upwards. He was sad Bluekit had acted tat way, but he had no time to give her any compliment there was a bloodclan cat climbing the tree, one he didn't have energy to spare on. He still had to fl the kits back, and he had never tried making anyone fly but himself.
Oath flatered at this image staring quietly at it for a moment before deeply drawingin her breath. Ha. No scent but that of illusion. Oath was one cat that knew what blood smelt like. it ouldn't cover the hounds coat so thickly and not reek to high hell. She had been in a similar position of being soaked in blood. She glanced at poison but let him be instead she ran at what was supposedly a wolf, her feet carrying her forwards at great speed, she jumped, slashing at th wolves eyes, although she expected to s trike nothing, which is why she had aimed her course to land directly in the middle of the wolf, assuming that she went through it of course. "Cant fool me, I don't fear anything, not even this false attempt." She hissed softly.
Moss's paws ran quietly over the log, her balance perfect as she headed hurriedly to where Rookpaw had called her. Her deep brown tabby pelt was rich in color, and made her blend to the dark log beneath her. Bright green eyes flashed attempting to see through the trees in front of her, to where she could hear and smell battle, the vibrations running through the ground were also an assurance.

Blood came accross the illusion's eyes at this attack, though Illusion felt no pain. The wolf dodged when it saw Oath would land in the middle. If Oath had pain close attention to her strike, she should have noticed that her claws had gone through the illusion instead of actually hitting it. It should have been like hitting mist or fog or even water but the surface of the illusion echoed the blow. A whine in pain came to the wolf's throat as soon her Oath's claws hit. It avoided letting her land in the middle by backing up. It didn't speak to Oath, furthering the illusion that it was real. A growl rumbled deep in it's throat and it suddenly lunged for Oath, crimson teeth snapping at her neck. But it pulled back in record time. Illusion knew Oath didn't truely believe the wolf was real. Illusion would just have to convince the cat otherwise. But the game wouled be over if Illusion was tricked into speaking. The young warrior didn't know a single word of dog, much less wolf........

Stonekit, still sad from his sister's anger, scrambled up a few more branches. Bluekit helped Snowkit up and then followed.
Poison snarled as he heard rustled above him and picked up his pace, not bothering to get a grip then he reached the next branch, but jumping imediatley to the next.
ooc: Whoa. That was way too short.

Rookpaw hissed as the others ascent moved faster. The kits would be very slow going up, or rather slower than the oncoming cat. He had no energy to waste here. "We'll have to try from here, out to the edges of the branches now, far as you can go. " He said moving after them slowly, keeping an eye on the branches below. " You guys are gonna have to really trust me here."he muttered as he moved onto a different branch moving out as far as he could and swaying on the tip as the branch dipped beneath his weight.
Oath might have believed her eyes but he knew better. Her claws held no blood, and she had felt absolutely no resistance SHe had struck at air, not to mention the little fake had scrabbled away before she hit center.
Moss entered the clearing with an easy bound over a fallen log, taking a few moments to look at the scene she saw the two cats being attacked, chase who she had sen and heard of before was another loner and by the looks of it not faring well. She glanced at his side before her eyes flicked to the next cat. One she did not know. He smelt of both thunder and windclan, the latter scent fresher. Perhaps there had been a border skirmish between the two. She ignored this and tuned her eyes to the wolf, stopping for a moment in fear. Now those she had seen before, vicious loud creatures and a danger to all. She planted her paws firmly apart from one another and concentrated for a moment before thick smooth walls of earth formed upwards creating a box like cage around the horrid creature, one it couldn't see through and couldn't limb from. Sure it had been fighting an enemy of rookpaw, but it was only a matter of time before it went after a friend. no wonder her friend had called her if there was a wolf running about. it had taken her quiet some strength to make that cage, but she had enough, she made sand fly up into the black cats face, and oath spat as she was momentarily blinded. Moss moved past her, deciding Chase might need her help first the clan warrior seemed alright, though the bloodclan cat had just pulled a move that might get him in serious trouble.

Greyice was holding his own, but only just. His attention snapped back to the fight when he felt claws raking his chest. His own claws tore at the offending cat's face, a yowl of rage tearing from Greyice. Then he say Illusion's form flicker again, this time echoeing a mouse. He shook his head and returned his attention to the fight....
Illusion growled in annoyance at the cage before walking through the gaps. She waited until Oath had been momentarily blinded. She rammed Oath's back, taking advantage of the fight. She would have to explain to Moss later but Oath was hers to fight. She would take Oath down or she would die trying. Stubbornly, she held her tongue and kept herself from betraying her secret, from giving Oath solid proof that the illusion was not real....

Lyn smiled as she ripped a yowl from Chase, then clawed at his face. Chase lashed out with his hind legs, knocking her off. He pounced on her pinning her down. Snarling, he bared his fangs. He was held back by no code, he would kill her then and there... He snarled with anger, jumping off her. He had almost forgotten that the kits were up in one of those trees, watching him. He glared at Lyn, telling her to get out with his eyes. Lyn snarled when he outsmarted her. Poison wouldn't like that. She turned her back to him, then lunged again, deciding to try and gain forgivnes with the loner's death. Chase gave out a suprised yowl as he was knocked off his feet and pinned once more.
Bluekit, Snowkit, and Stonekit follwoed their directions and moved out as far as they could. Bluekit even went out a little farther, trying to get as far away from Stonekit as she could.
Poison chuckled as he set one paw on the base of the branch Rookpaw was on. Pressing down, he meowed, "Well, well, what do we have here?" The added weight combined with Rookpaw's was almost enough to snap the branch. All he needed to do was add a little more pressure...
Lex ducked as Greyice clawed at his face. He pushed his head forwards, ramming it into the enemy's stomach. The weird cat was claiming his attention, that was good.

Mosss hissed and jumped forwards landing a few feet away from Chase and the bloodlcan cat, a wave of earth moving out of the ground and forwards, taking on the rather more terrifying shape of snapping jaws Moss sent the mass at the bloodclan cat, with enough force to send her flying.
Rookpaw dug his claws into the branch to keep his balance s it dipped down. Glaring at Poison. "Well, im a cat, whos about to leave your company." He said before looking up at the its. "Trust me you guys, do EXACTLY as I do. no matter what okay?" He said, before jumping off the branch out past the confines of the tree into open air. His movement snapping it and hopefully catching poison off gaurd and sending him tumbling, if not that was fine. Wind came upward letting him float and he waited for the kits to follow him into the air, so he could catch them with the wind and be off.
Oath smirked, the thing didn't bleed, didn't make any noise, and was as she had suspected just anotherillusion. The image flickered once more and she found herself looking at the white cat. "Thats interesting." She said, barreling forwards, this time claws aimed for illusions back, perfectly to move with the other cat if she tried to dodge.

Bluekit was the first to jump off the branch. Stonekit, glancing at the ground, jumped too. Snowkit pulled her sticky paws free of the branch and jumped lastly.
Lyn let out a suprised hiss as a clump of earth threw her backwards. She struggled akwardly to her paws and looked at the new cat. Poison never told her anything about magic cats! She snarled and rushed the cat, keeping every muscle in her body tense and ready to dodge another dirt attack.
Chase let out a relifed sigh. "Thanks." He said, standing. What was it with the clans and these freaks? Oh well. He rose to his paws and rushed at Lyn from behind.
"Foxdung!" Poison hissed as Rookpaw snapped the branch, luckily, it had only been one paw that was on it, so he quickly regained his balence. He said it again as he saw the kits in the air, past his reach. He said it one more time as another one of those freaks started knocking Lyn around. Then, he turned to Illusion. Rage and anger bottled up in his throat. This...thing, had made him look like a coward in front of Oath, more than once. Poison didn't like to be called a coward. He frowned as the creature changed it's form over and over again. This thing can't be real... As he thought this, the image flickered. What?! It wasn't even real?! Pure fury flung Poison off the branch, out of the tree, and onto Illusion's back.

Foxfire barreled into the clearing. Her black eyes seemed flickering with red, yellow, and orange as flames licked at her fur. Then her fire surged foreward, rushing at Lyn and Oath. Illusion yowled and rammed onto her back. More flames raced to Poison and Illusion. Foxfire was ticked now and didn't plan on letting anyone win. Greyice struggled to hold his own against his opponant but Foxfire's fiery pelt scared him more then Illusion. "I suggest you all leave before I singe off your fur!" Foxfire yowled sharply. Icepetal had slipped out of the camp and had followed her sister. Ice rushed over some of the flames spreading from Foxfire's paws and literally froze the fire. "Sister." Icepetals' voice was calm and soothing. Her eyes focused on Oathc nad Poison. "You might be able to hold your own against one of us but you have nothing on three of us, especially if my sister's included." Icepetal clarified. "I suggest you run." Icepetal continued, her voice the exact opposite of Foxfire's yet both worked in complete harmony. Illusion did her best to avoid Oath as she tried to shake off Poison.....

Oath stopped, looking from the loner scented brown she-cat, to the new appearances. The ice one had already proven herself weak and stupid, Oath had beaten her. This fire-cat though. She hissed under her breath and glanced at the earth cat, who had disregarding lyn she turned and moved to where Lex was still fighting, another surge of earth aimed at this cat, followed by herself, claws out and ready to rip at the other cats ears, a signature move of hers she knew there was a lot of nerves there. She ignored the appearance of Ice and Fire. She had caught a glimpse of Rook from out of the corner of her eye as he escaped through the air, three kits also joining him.
Rookpaw 'caught' the kits on updrafts of very strong wind, something he could only maintain for a short amount of time with so many. He glanced down and saw Foxfire, he wanted to lad and help her but he had to take the kits back. He dove through the air, brining the kits along with him. "Keep yourselves as spread out as you can, it makes it easier." He said before he went a little further down himself slowing as he passed over Foxfire. "Don't get yourselves hurt." He said, before he moved up to the kits level again, heading quickly towards windclan, he wasn't sure if he would get the whole way but still it would be best to remain airbrne over the lake.
Oath glanced at poison smirking at his newfound courage. Well he had done a good job of it. She snarled softly looking at the four element-controlling cats. "Weaklings." She muttered stepping to the side of the fire that had flown over the ground at her, it would be unwise to stay. "Poison, kill her already don't waste your time. Lex and Lyn, we are leaving...for now." She said promptly turning and leaving the scene at a slow walk, until she was out of sight, where se moved into an easy run. She had no fear, but she wanted to know more about those strange cats before she went further.

Lyn hissed as Chase's claws dug into her back. She kicked him in the jaw, but he held on. She squirmed around and was about to claw at his face when a bunch of other cats arrived. As she and her brother were told to leave. Chase let her go, and she swiped her claws across his cheek. Then, she wrirrled around to face Oath. "You can't tell me what to do! Neither can you!" She spun and shot her last comment at Icepetal.
Poison snarled angrily as new enemies arrived. He jumped off Illusion's back and glared at them. He looked up as the kits soared over him. This was a waste of time. "Listen to her Lyn." He meowed, not taking his eyes off Illusion. He still hadn't taken out his full hatred on her. "You too Lex." Then, he began to walk towards the fallen tree, but not before saying defiantly to Icepetal, "A Bloodclan cat doesn't run unless it's chasing somecat or something."
Lex backed away from Greyice as the new cats came. He gave Greyice a look that seemed to say, You know I would've won. And then he followed Poison.
Lyn snarled angrily at Chase. "I would have clawed your fur off." She hissed. She padded over to the tree, but then turned around. "Is that the only way you clan cat can win a fight?! You bring in a bunch of freaks and outnumber us?" Lex grabbed his sister by the scruff of her neck and dragged her a few stepped before she began to walk on her own away from the other cats.
All three kits squealed as they floated out of the tree. They flattened themselves, at Rookpaw told them to, but Bluekit couldn't help yowling to the retreating Bloodclan cats, "Ha! That's what you get you foxdu..." Snowkit nipped her footpaw. "Hey!" They white kit looked aroun as if she didn't know what was going on.

Foxfire yowled in rage. Within seconds, the fallen log was on fire. It was only Icepetal that kept Foxfire from killing them all. "You chased them off." Icepetal todl her sister, more to soothe Foxfire's wounded pride than anything. "The kits are back. It's safe." Then Icepetal went over to Greyice, wincing at his wounds. Wordlessly, she applied enough ice to literally freeze the flowing blood. "As it melts the water will wash the wounds off." She explained to Greyice. "It will hold until you get back to camp." She told him. Then she went to Illusion. The small she-cat was shaking. They saw through it... Illusion thought. "Intereasting gift." Icepetal purred. "Do you belong to a Clan?" Icepetal pressed. Illusion nodded. "Sleetfoot of RiverClan." She announced proudly. "I caught BloodClans scent. I can't abandon Storm and Ghost wanted a fight. Besides, I have things to settle with Oath and if that stubborn cat hadn't gotten in the way I would've had her!" Illusion spat. Icepetal nodded, familiar with rage. It was the emotion her sister showed most often. Wordlessly, Icepetal froze Illusions wounds and shooed her back to the RiverClan camp. Then she turned around to see Foxfire with her back to everyone. The flames had died down. The log was nothing but a burnt and charred piece of wood. Icepetal sighed. What a mess..." The medicine cat thought, shaking her head as she went over to Chase. "Why did you help us get the kits back? You don't smell of a Clan...." Icepetal asked him. Foxfire stood up. "Who cares why?! Look, thanks. I'm sure your help is appreciated. Now come on, Icepetal." Foxfire spat, doing her best to disguise the hurt still in her eyes. Icepetal didn't move.

"I'm Chase." He meowed, glancing towards the Windclan camp. "I guess I just really like kits. Now if you'll excuse me, I have somewhere to go..." He trotted over to the charred log. he tried to make himself as light as he could and moved across. When he heard a crack, he lunged off it onto the other side. The log sunk a little bit, but didn't fall into the water. He sighed and trotted towards the Windclan camp.

Moss remained. Her brown hide bristling, but it was settling down now, she watched them go, shaking her head and looked at the other two cats. "Hello." She said nodding at the other elements before glancing at chase. "Well, I'm gone. Seems a came a little late to be of much use." She said, slowly walking away, she did not cross the charred log, rather the ground rose up to meet her paws as she walked across the space between island and mainland, creating a bridge of earth which she left there for the others, in case the useless log did break.

Icepetal shot her sister a glare before going to the log and freezing it permanently in place. "Why do you have to burn everything in your path of ultimate destruction?" Icepetal asked Foxfire, who stuck her tongue out in reply and crossed the earthbridge and headed back to her tree. Icepetal went back to camp, curious when Foxfire broke from her side and headed to a tree....
